All requirements of the underlying zoning district(s) shall remain in full force and effect, except where the requirements of the SPOD are less restrictive or -117- provide for uses or structures not otherwise available in the underlying district(s). In such cases the requirements of the SPOD shall supersede the underlying zoning regulations.
