2. Review of Other Boards. Before acting upon the application, the Planning Board shall submit it with the preliminary plan to the following boards and town agencies, which may review it jointly or separately: The Board of Selectmen, The Conservation Commission, the Board of Health, the Department of Public Works, The Planning Department and other boards the Planning Board may deem appropriate. Any such board or agency to which petitions are referred for review shall submit such recommendations, as it deems appropriate to the Planning Board. Failure to make recommendations within thirty five (35) days of receipt shall be deemed lack of opposition.
