7.4.4 Special Permit Required. No special permit for removal of earth materials
7.4.4 Special Permit Required. No special permit for removal of earth materials (including temporary structures accessory thereto), shall be granted unless the appropriately designated Special Permit Granting Authority finds that the earth removal -63- operations conducted under such permit, subject to the conditions imposed thereby, shall be in the best interest of the Town. The Special Permit Granting Authority shall adopt rules, regulations and standards governing the administration of applications for special permits under this section.
