Wind facilities shall be no higher than two hundred fifty (250) feet above the current grade of the land, provided that the Board of Appeals may allow wind facilities to exceed two hundred fifty (250) feet if: 1. the applicant demonstrates by substantial evidence that such height reflects industry standards for a similarly sited wind facility;
