6.8.7 Signs and Advertising Devises -59- In issuing a Special Permit pursuant to this Section 6.8, the SPGA may authorize a comprehensive signage package for a project which signage deviates from the requirements which would otherwise be applicable pursuant to Section 6.3 of this By- Law provided that the Board finds that such comprehensive signage does not result in substantial detriment to the neighborhood.
