The on-site electrical distribution, telephone, cable, and fire alarm systems shall comply with requirements of the Planning Board’s “Rules and Regulations Governing the Subdivision of Land”, with all regulations and standards of the utility provider, with all applicable codes of agencies having jurisdiction, and with standard engineering practice.
