The term tower shall not include amateur radio operators' equipment, as licensed by the FCC. Only free standing monopole structures with associated antenna array and/or panels are allowed. Lattice styled towers, and similar facilities requiring three or more legs and or guy wires are not allowed. The following definitions shall apply in Section 7.5.
