Building Placement: The building shall be placed at the front of the property and oriented along the street to be the most prominent feature of the property and define the primary and secondary street frontages. ii. Parking Placement: Parking is required to be located to the rear of the building or underground integrating with the foundation of the building. iii. Integrated Access Drives: All access drives shall be designed to be secondary to the sidewalk. Sidewalks shall be continuous and uninterrupted in materials, elevation, and grading. iv. Compatible with Context: The site design including the selection of materials and products shall contribute to a cohesive Downtown environment and strengthen the sense of place.
