1.0 Introduction/Purpose A. The Town of Canton has designated certain roads in the Town as scenic roads pursuant to M.G.L. c. 40 Section 15C. B. The purpose of this Scenic Road By-law is to establish penalties and enforcement procedures for unauthorized cutting, or removal of Scenic Road Trees and unauthorized tearing down or destruction of stone walls, or portions thereof.
