Section 18. Title 5 Restrictions16-18 The Town's Board of Health may, in specific cases as the Board of Health deems necessary, require, approve, accept, file, record and enforce covenants and restrictions related to real property, arising from the requirements, implementation or enforcement of Title 5 of the State Environmental Code (310 CMR 15.000, et seq., as the same may be amended), including but not limited to the siting, construction, grading, installation, upgrade, expansion and/or alteration of on-site sewage treatment and disposal systems and for the transport and disposal of septage.
