Section 3. Soil Removal 16-3 Pursuant to the provisions of M.G.L., Chapter 40, Section 21 (17), as amended, no soil, loam, sand, or gravel shall be removed from any land not in public use in the Town of Canton, except as otherwise provided in Section X of the Canton Zoning By-Law.
