Section 13. Relation to the Wetlands Protection Act This by-law is adopted under the Home Rule Amendment to the Massachusetts Constitution and the Home Rule statutes, independent of the Wetlands Protection Act, M.G.L. Chapter 131, Section 40, and regulations thereunder.
