Section 50. Regulation of, so called, Yard Sales 14-50 Non-Business Sales of Goods and Merchandise I. RESIDENT HOUSEHOLDS - Any person occupying a residence within the Town of Canton may be permitted to hold a sale of household goods for the type commonly known as "yard", "tag", or "garage" sales on the premises where such residence is located provided that no such premises may be used for such purposes on more than two consecutive days twice in any one calendar year, in accordance with the following procedure:
