Section 7. Weekly Reports to Be Submitted to Police Department 11-7 Every person keeping a shop for the purchase, sale, or barter of junk, old metals or second hand articles shall make out and deliver, either in person, or by United States Mail weekly, an accurate description of all articles and coins either purchased or received, directly or indirectly, during the preceding week. All lists shall be submitted on a format as prescribed by the Chief of Police and shall be submitted at close of business on Fridays. If submitted via United States mail it shall be postmarked no later than the Saturday immediately following.
