Section 6. Use of True Names 11-6 No person offering any article for sale shall give a wrong or false name or address or fictitious information pertaining to their identity. No person holding a license under Section 1 shall knowingly write a wrong or false name or address of a person thus offering an article for sale, or knowingly permit the entry of such wrong or false name or address in the bound book as defined in section 3. Any police officer taking cognizance of any such violation may request the offender to state their true name and address.
