Section 15. Fee Rate for Delinquencies Requiring Demand Notices8-15 For each written demand issued by the Collector and provided for by law, the Collector shall charge a fee of ten dollars ($10.00), which fee shall be added to, and collected as part of, the amount of the tax, as provided by Chapter 60, Section 15, subsection (2) of the General Laws.
