Section 5. Right of Access The Committee shall have access to all facts, figures, records and other information relating to all fiscal affairs of Town Departments, Boards, Committees or Officers and the same shall be furnished forthwith by any Department, Board, Committee, Officer, or employee whenever so requested by the Committee.
