Section 1. Composition of Committee; Limitations There shall be a Finance Committee which shall consider any and all municipal operations having a financial impact on the Town including but not limited to appropriations by the Town, for the purpose of making reports and recommendations thereon to the Town. Such Committee shall consist of nine voters, who shall serve without pay, none of whom, during their service on such Committee, shall hold any regular elective Town office or be a paid employee of the town.
