Section 4. Official Bulletin Board 5-4 The Town Clerk shall erect and maintain a principal official “Town Bulletin Board” outside the Clerk’s office in the corridor of lower Memorial Hall, so as to provide easy and unrestricted public access at all times that Memorial Hall is open, and the Clerk shall post on said bulletin board all official legal public notices, and all notices of meetings of boards, committees and commissions as required by Chapter 39, Section 23B of the Massachusetts General Laws.
