Section 2. Limitation on Admission to Voters; Exception No person whose name does not appear upon the list of registered voters shall be admitted upon the floor of the hall where a Town Meeting is being held, and the voting list shall be used to determine who shall be admitted by Tellers appointed by the presiding officer. Other persons may be admitted upon the floor of the hall with the permission of the Moderator.
